Description of the front of the card 

 At the top of the card, the words “for a special”  will be presented in braille.

Below this, the name “Nan” will be brailled.

The card features an illustration of two birds perched on a branch with leaves. The branch is depicted as slightly rounded and continuous. One bird is a vibrant yellow, perhaps like the bright zest of a lemon.

The other bird is a deep blue, reminiscent of the smooth coolness of a polished stone.

The leaves are depicted as flat and having a gentle curve.

A bird is a small animal covered in feathers, which feel smooth and soft to the touch. It has two wings for flying, a beak instead of a mouth, and two small legs with clawed feet for perching. Many birds sing or call, making a variety of sounds from gentle chirps to loud songs. When flying, their wings beat quickly, creating a light rush of air. Birds are known for their lightness, quick movements, and the music of their voices.

Inside the card
