We offer a range of personalised braille products as well as tactile items designed to enhance accessibility and communication. Each product is custom-made to meet the specific needs of our customers, ensuring quality and satisfaction.

Ordering Process
Customers are required to provide precise information about the items they want to buy when placing an order. After an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. 

Payment Terms 
All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept various payment methods to ensure a smooth transaction process. Please note that that cancellations are not permitted once the order is placed. 

Shipping and delivery 
At One Touch Away, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We make every effort to ensure that your order is prepared for shipment promptly. However, please note that once your order is with the delivery company, any delays caused by them are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. Shipping usually takes around 3-5 working days depending on your location. If you require faster delivery we offer upgrades options at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor it’s process. If your package is lost or damage during transit please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. 

Returns and exchanges 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition. Personalised items can only be returned if there’s a error on our part. to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, but if the return is due to our error (such as a wrong order sent), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is checked for damage or wear before returning. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Care instructions 
To maintain the quality of your braille and tactile items, please handle them gently to avoid damaging the textures. Be careful not to squash the braille dots, as this can affect readability. If the braille dots are squashed by the customer, we are not responsible for any loss of readability. With proper care items will remain in excellent condition.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
