Description of front of car

the following three sentences are in braille:

at the top of the card it says “to my husband”

at the bottom of the card it says “on valentine’s day”

below that it says “with all my love”

They both have jackets on.

The dog on the left has spots on it’s jacket and is looking up at a cluster of balloons in the air. 

 The dog on the right  has  vertical stripes on it’s jacket. The dog has seven balloons tied to it’s stomach. This dog is also holding an “i love you” balloon in it’s mouth.

hearts of various sizes are scattered around the dogs and the brailled wording.
